Introduction

FS-1100 is a non-ionic fluorosurfactant, with a strong reduction of surface tension capability, excellent chemical stability and high temperature performance.FS-1100 can be used in paint, oil, cleaners, electronics and plastics processing energy fields.

Applications

Oil cleanup additive

•Significantly reducing the surface tension of the aqueous solution.

Paints and Coatings

•Excellent wetting and leveling,reduced orange peel effect,extend the open-time.

Metals and Electronics

•As an important additive in the flux, surface texturing of polycrystalline silicon solar cell and lithium battery electrolyte .

Plastic

•Inhibit migration of the plasticizer.

Concentrated cleaning solutions

•Reduce surface tension and provides excellent wetting to achieve cleanability.

•Provides improved wetting and penetration.

•Mainly used for circuit boards, metal surface, glass, textiles, plastic surfaces and all kinds of low surface energy materials cleaning.
